Perched on the volcanic rim above Santorini's caldera, Villa Caldera is a four-bedroom private estate with an infinity pool that dissolves into 180° of open sea. Oia is a 12-minute walk. The airport is 25 minutes. Between the two, you have the caldera to yourselves: sunrise over the Aegean, blue-domed evenings, and a pool that catches the last light of every day.
The Pool
The 12-metre heated infinity pool aligns perfectly with the caldera rim, vanishing into the Aegean at the horizon. There is no more dramatic swimming pool on the island — and it is entirely private.
Submerged sunbeds at the shallow end, a pool bar along the southern edge, and a sun terrace with daybeds facing the volcanic islands of Nea Kameni. Sunrise to sunset, the light changes every hour.
The Interiors
Four bedroom suites with vaulted ceilings and cave-cut walls keep the spaces naturally cool through the Aegean summer. Each suite opens onto a private terrace — two directly onto the caldera.
The main living space is a single open volume: kitchen, dining, and sitting room flowing into one another under a 4-metre arch, with floor-to-ceiling glass facing the sea.

Oia is the island's most celebrated village and the setting for Santorini's famous sunsets. Villa Caldera sits on the caldera-facing cliffside, a 12-minute walk from the village centre.
